orders are honored without needing to be registered with a local court.

provide a civil remedy for domestic abuse.

a Law Enforcement Officer May Make a Warrantless Arrest for Domestic Abuse Involving
Physical Injury.

to ten years for committing abuse in the presence of a child.

Requires Regulations Governing Administration Of Voca, Vawa, And Fvpsa Funds, And
Repeals Provisions Restricting Administration Of Such Funds.
Final Status: Act 1786.
Provides for representation on all relevant committees by the Arkansas Coalition Against
Domestic Violence.
